Long Island has many local restaurants and bars.
You will find most of them
along the main road called Queen's Highway.
When you plan to go out for dinner on the island, always call ahead and make a reservation.

The closest restaurant to the Goombay House is at the Stella Maris Resort Club.
We have found
their food to be excellent at all times. They also have cave
parties where they have food and local music, a great experience. |

Another favorite on a smaller scale is Alfred's Restaurant in Glintons. |
|
Towards the north end of of Long Island is Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort, a great
place to have lunch along the beach or dinner in the evening. |

Or take a drive south (30 minutes) to Chez Pierre.
A bit out of the way but
worth the trip for some really great food.
