RESERVATIONS |
If you would like to make a reservation at the Goombay house, you may
contact us at the e-mail address:
nina@goombayhouse.com or call Nina at (727) 864-0716.
You may also obtain a rental quote and availability information on the 'Rental Rates'
page, just follow the instructions provided. |
All reservations require a $ 500.00 security deposit. The security deposit will
be returned to you within 14 days after you leave the Goombay house provided there
are no damages as per report from our caretaker.
A rental agreement for the Goombay house will be provided to you. Please review
and confirm your acceptance when submitting your initial deposit. |

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age. Renters not accomodated by
their parents or guardian must meet this age requirement.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Goombay house. Smoking is OK outside on the patio
when using ash-trays and safely disposing of cigarettes or cigars. |

Daily maid service and grocery shopping service may be provided for an additional
fee. Please inquire when making your reservation. |

Check-in time: After 4 PM, Check-out time: Before 10AM.
Accepted forms of payment: Credit cards via Paypal as listed below, Personal check
drawn on a US Bank account, Money Order/Cashiers Check.
Our deposit and payment schedule along with our refund policy will be provided to
you via e-mail upon request or when requesting a reservation confirmation. |
